Black Einkorn

Spring or Fall planted. Einkorn is the most ancient type of wheat recently discovered near Gobekli Tepe, one of the oldest archeological sites in the world. We have been growing and selecting this rare variety in Oregon for a number of years.

Will this grow well in zone 6b?

Hi Katie, we are also in zone 6b here in S. Oregon and have been growing this einkorn for the past 7 years with good relatively good success.
