Daffodil-garlic (Allium neapolitanum)

Perennial. Leaves can be used as bulk salad green in winter & spring; taste & texture is somewhere between lettuce and onion. Showy white flowers in spring. Goes dormant in summer, regrows from little bulbs in late fall/early winter. Note: not available until Summer 2019, when new seed ripens.
