75 days. An extremely popular Italian pepper that is great for pickling and making healthy dishes. Loads of 4-5 inch long, thin-walled pods will form on bushy, 2-3 foot tall plants. Pick when small and light green for pickling. The fruits have a slight touch of heat and can be dehydrated and added to soups. Pods will ripen from light green to reddish-brown and then to a deep red at maturity.
