Banatka Wheat

A very hardy, landrace winter wheat This genepool comes from crossing two centuries-old Eastern European wheats--one known for its flavor, and one for its yield and adaptability. Extremely diease resistant and adapted to wet cold springs. High yields under low-fertility organic conditions. Use 8” spacing for this--the root system is huge, making it much more hardy and able to fend for itself.
